Impersonation houdini and one-time legal honcho Marc Dreier, who is accused of stealing more than $380 million, has Park Avenue office walls dripping with modern art. According to a court declaration filed by the SEC from Dreier LLP’s firm controller John Provenzano, between $30–$40 million dollars has been used from Dreier accounts to pay for works of art since August 2005.
